bdy99 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdy99 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the bdy99 platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

bdy99 is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other entertainment gaming options.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. All services on the platform are provided for personal and non-commercial use only.

If any person creates an account by providing a false age or identity, that account will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be considered duplicate accounts and all accounts may be closed.

• Correct name, date of birth and contact details must be provided at the time of registration.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to bdy99 immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

If the deposit or withdrawal amount exceeds a specified limit, bdy99 may request completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. In such cases, one of the following documents may need to be provided:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawal requests may not be processed if the KYC process is not completed. This process is required to ensure the security of your funds and to prevent fraud.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on the bdy99 platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are prohibited.
• Successful deposits will be reflected in the account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (total of deposit + bonus amount).
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period after receiving the bonus.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Program

The bdy99 VIP program has five tiers, with special benefits provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which will be announced separately.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
• bdy99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• bdy99 may cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on the bdy99 platform:

6.1 Sports Betting

• In cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other international matches.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after an event has started.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bdy99's own rules will apply.
• There may be a specific maximum bet limit for a single match.

6.2 Casino Games

• Fair play is ensured in all casino games and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bdy99's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdy99 platform:

• Conducting activities on behalf of minors or using their accounts.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotion benefits.
• Providing false or misleading information on an account.
• Depositing or withdrawing using funds belonging to a third party.
• Using any form of cheating, fraud or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members in any way.

bdy99 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• During an investigation into fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• At the account holder's own request (self-exclusion).
• If proof of being a minor is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period of time.

Before closing an account, an attempt will be made to return any legitimately withdrawable balance (if conditions are met). However, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms.
